About The Team
Based in our Gurgaon office, the Test Analyst will be responsible for quality assurance across Midwinter’s AdviceOS and digital interfaces.
Working closely with the Product, Development, Support and Account Management Teams, the Test Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality of Midwinter’s existing products and new features and integrations remains at a high standard to reduce the impact of any issues on our client base. This includes working with as part of the global business to support Midwinter’s automated testing capability.

Unleash your potential
To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a web-based software testing role, Selenium, C# mandate.
- Experience in software integration testing with 3rd party applications
- Familiarity with the use of tracking tools (such as JIRA) for defect management
- Proactive approach to defect management combined with strong communication skills and accountability
- Be able to work independently and productively within a small team environment.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills and a high attention to detail
- Exposure to Automated Testing practices preferred
- Experience working in the wealth management industry
- Knowledge of Financial Planning business processes
- Knowledge of SQL
