About The Role
Based in our Sydney office on a 6 month maximum term maternity leave contract, the Template Analyst will be involved in working with the clients to prepare, customise, and maintain high quality financial advice template documents.
What You’ll Do
- High quality Word template development and coding, and maintenance to meet requirements.
- Execute testing of all template changes.
- Work on technical problems, tasks and features in collaboration with developers.
- Respond to issues, provide technical assistance and support to clients and update the defect tracker.
- Rebranding of documents and ensuring that any changes to Midwinter documents are communicated to the clients, while updating templates and providing support to the clients.
- Undertake troubleshooting, debug code to identify and rectify template defects and application issues.
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders to coordinate work for clients.
- Suggest and recommend changes to technical standards.

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
- Understanding of the Financial Planning industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills to solve problems and enjoy going that extra mile to find a solution
- You demonstrate a ‘team player’ mentality with the willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and capable of delivering with a high level of accuracy
- Pursuing or completed RG146 qualification or equivalent education
