About The Team/Project 


This role is expected to work closely with the development team and managers to properly create release documentation on time and to the required standard.

This role will report into Lead Technical Writer in the Global Product Development group and is responsible for creating release and online help documentation.



What You’ll Do


  • Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
  • Gain understanding of products and processes, and translate complex information into easy to understand and engaging content
  • Create user-friendly content that meets the requirements of target audience

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:


  • Two or more years of experience as an effective technical writer
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
  • Experience in writing documentation for various audiences
  • Impeccable written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience and create content
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or CS.
  • Firm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle)
  • Previous experience in software development
