Description & Requirements:

The principal function of this role is to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across Bravura Solutions in the EMEA regon. You will be responsible for candidate management, hiring manager communication, attraction, selection, process development and reporting.

The key outcome for the role is to attract high-quality new starters, whilst maintaining solid relationships with all key stakeholders. To achieve this the Talent Acquisition Partner will operate with a commercial, pragmatic and consultative approach. 

Main Activities
  • Actively participate in role briefings and hiring manager discussions to ensure role requirements are identified and documented accordingly
  • Lead candidate management activities, ensuring candidates are well informed and have positive experiences with Bravura 
  • Establish productive working relationships with all key stakeholders based on credibility and open communication
  • Provide support and coaching to those involved in the recruitment process, enabling them to fulfil their responsibilities consistently and effectively 
  • Development of our Employee Value Proposition. 
  • Execute on campaign strategies across social media platforms, job boards, e-mail, and other digital marketing channels and monitor effectiveness
  • Proactive talent sourcing and acquisition, focusing on a direct approach
  • Lead end-to-end attraction activities including working with hiring managers and the HR team to refine position descriptions and job ads
  • Lead selection activities including: shortlisting, interview coordination, selection guides, timely feedback
  • Recruiting and selecting in line with Bravura’s technical and behavioural requirements
  • Track and report monthly metrics, providing quality data and analysis to the HR team

  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Resourcing experience within a commercial environment
  • A minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience either in-house or agency
  • Experience of high volume recruitment within a Consulting/IT/Finance environment
