What You’ll Do


  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of company facilities, including office buildings, equipment, and systems.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to maintain service contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address issues promptly.
  • Budgeting: Assist in developing the facility and administration budget, track expenses, and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventories of office supplies, furniture, and equipment, ensuring availability and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and company policies pertaining to facility management, security, and administration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the facility and administration processes and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of BMS and Access control System.
  • Travel and Transport Management – Coordinate employee transport and Assist in overseas travel hotel booking, Ticketing and visa.
  • Organize office events for festivals and town halls.

  • Minimum 6-9 years’ experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
