About The Role

Based in Sydney, the Service Delivery Manager position entails overseeing day-to-day relationships with a designated client portfolio, ensuring Midwinter delivers software and services effectively. 

This role requires not only maintaining but enhancing client relationships to cultivate referenceable clients. The Service Delivery Manager is tasked with upholding high-quality services within acceptable profitability margins.

In addition to relationship management, this role involves project management for small to medium projects and client enhancements. As the primary escalation point for software and consulting support, the incumbent will manage outcomes that align with the mutual interests of the client and Midwinter/Bravura.

The Service Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in identifying revenue opportunities, aiming to maximize the profitability of our client base.

Unleash Your Potential 

• Experience in account management/relationship management/service delivery
• Experience in the Financial Advice and technology industries
• Experience in Agile LeanUX and HCD methodologies
• Proven service delivery and operational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills; the ability to appropriately prioritise and avoid mismanaging workflow
• Ability to work well under pressure and communicate timelines to deliver
• Be a team player, offer an opinion and support your team
