Role Purpose

How the role makes a difference

You will use your design skills in the delivery of customer centric digital products that provide world leading customer experiences. 

You will play a key role in leading user experience design and advocate for the customer’s voice. You will work collaboratively in cross functional teams with responsibility for customer centric interaction design on a wide range of initiatives from innovation to optimisation – bringing Bravura’s software experience to life across our products. You will be responsible for ensuring best practice design principles are defined and maintained.

Experience, Capabilities and Qualifications

Required experience and skill requirements

Required education/qualifications

·         4+ years’ experience in UX/UI Design

·         Experience in an Agile software development environment

·         Proficiency with current visual design software including prototyping and wireframe creation tools

·         Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy

·         Strong communication skills and ability to present designs and solutions to a wide range of stakeholders utilising Figma & Miro

·         Readiness for travelling if required [CM1] 

·         Ability to independently work in high-pressure, multitasking environment where prioritization of tasks is crucial

·         Comply with Bravura Solutions Policies & Procedures

·         Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred
