Description & Requirements:

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior People Systems Administrator to provide expert systems support with Workday and other integrated systems.  Reporting to the Head of Reward and based in our Sydney office, you will streamline processes, drive continuous improvements and automation, provide training and present to business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide advanced support across Workday and other People & Culture integrated systems and tools including recruitment tool Avature
  • Implement system enhancements related to business projects and improve reporting dashboards
  • Automate manual forms in Workday & add into business processes
  • Provide assistance with testing, configuration and deployment of new features and ensure system optimisation 
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and drive for continuous improvement
  • Provide reporting on People & Culture metrics  
  • Assist in developing and running training sessions and user guides 
  • Maintain the Application Tracking System (ATS) including troubleshooting technical issues and ensure system performance and uptime 
  • Integrate DocuSign with other business systems and manage upgrades

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
  • 4-6 years experience in Workday across the following modules or areas:
    • Core HCM, including EIB’s
    • Talent & Performance
    • Advanced Compensation 
    • Reporting
    • Business Process Design, Fixes & Enhancements
  • Workday Pro Accreditation will be highly regarded
  • Configuration and testing experience in Workday  
  • Experience with Jira or an ATS preferably Avature & survey tools will be an advantage
  • Experience in developing reporting metrics for stakeholders
  • Ability to configure and customise DocuSign to meet business requirements. 
  • Excellent problem solving skills and proactively provide solutions 
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management working across multiple time zones.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices would be desired
