Job Purpose
Bravura are now recruiting for a Cloud Network Engineer to join our expanding Managed Cloud Services hub in Gurgaon, responsible for delivering the lifecycle of managed cloud services offerings, including private cloud, public cloud, across all products developed by Bravura Solutions globally. We are looking for Engineers who are passionate about their profession, who live by the DevOps mantra, making complex systems simple and repeatable via automation.

What You’ll Do
- Working with internal customers on projects and technical solutions producing configuration and installation documentation, carrying out network design, specification, and configuration.
- This position is part of the Infrastructure and Operations group, which will cover AWS Cloud, Global connectivity and managed On-prem & Hosted environments.
- As a Cloud Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing our cloud network infrastructure in AWS.
- 2+ years of proven experience in an AWS network engineer role, managing and building a complex network.
- Managing network changes in accordance with any required change management process
- Providing 3rd line technical support out of hours work to implement technical solutions.

It is essential the successful candidate can show a proven record of working on their own initiative and within a team delivering technical support and robust business solutions. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and have “can do” and flexible attitude. They will be an excellent communicator capable of articulating complex systems to senior management and be capable of managing key stakeholders. They will need to be an experienced Network Engineer with at least 6 years hands on multi-vendor environments. Including but not limited to Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ASA firewalls and other Cisco network devices. With strong skills in AWS network deployment and support using automation such as Terraform.
- Cloud Network Engineer is responsible for supporting, implementing, and securing the AWS network products which include but are not limited to VPC, Transit gateways, Route 53, ACM, ELBs, AWS WAF, Direct Connect, and Virtual Private Gateways.
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Hands-On Experience in the deployment and configurations of Palo Alto Firewalls in On-Prem and in Cloud Environments.
- Certifications in relevant cloud platforms and networking technologies are a plus.
- Expert working knowledge is required within at least two of the following technologies (Pao Alto, Cisco and Load-Balancers- F5) Cisco Nexus and IOS knowledge and working experience.
- Strong understanding of the OSI model, especially layers 4-7 (such as TCP, HTTP, SSL, AUTH protocols)
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices (such as switches/routers/firewalls)
- IPSEC VPNs, configuration and troubleshooting
- F5 LTM (Creating VIPs/Pools/health monitors, SSL offload, iRules/TCL, SNAT, forward proxy)
- F5 APM (SAML federation, OAUTH, SSO)
- Experience automating F5 configurations.
- Any vendor SD-WAN deployments and support
Essential
- Troubleshooting issues using TCPDUMP and Wireshark, reviewing network firewall logs
- Understanding of DNS configuration
- Service Now and JIRA ticketing systems.
- ITIL knowledge would be beneficial.

- The engineer will also attend and expand his skillset by continuous learning and will work on an on-call schedule.
