As a Global FinTech market leader and ASX listed company, Bravura is a trusted partner to over 350 leading financial services clients, delivering wealth management technology and products. We invest significantly in our technology hubs and innovation labs, which inspire and drive our creative, future-focused mindset. We take pride in developing cutting-edge, digital first technology solutions that support our clients to achieve financial security and prosperity for their customers.

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Technical Operations team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and enhance solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM on the ServiceNow platform — ensuring stability, scalability, and a great user experience. You’ll also play a key part in managing platform upgrades, implementing automated testing, and enhancing the internal and external Service Portals for thousands of users worldwide.

This is a hands-on development position within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where innovation, quality, and automation are core principles. You will lead and mentor a junior developer and give technical guidance to administrators located across Service Management and Technical Operations. You will play a key role in Bravura’s drive towards Agentic AI implementation and autonomous infrastructure management, with ServiceNow at the heart of it.

What You’ll Do

·       Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions across the ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.

·       Maintain and enhance the internal and client-facing Service Portals, ensuring an intuitive and consistent user experience.

·       Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to support platform reliability and upgrade assurance.

·       Lead and support ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

·       Create and maintain workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations with other enterprise systems including Microsoft SharePoint and Teams, Workday, GitHub, Jira and AWS.

·       Optimize performance and maintain the health of the ServiceNow platform.

·       Collaborate with global teams (Service Management, CloudOps, DevOps, etc.) to drive process improvement and automation.

·       Stay current with ServiceNow releases and bring forward innovative ideas and best practices.

A key element of Bravura’s 5-year strategy is to move to fully automated AWS infrastructure management, including deployments and self-healing of infrastructure events. Experience of integration between ServiceNow, AWS and GitHub is highly desirable for this role.

Unleash your potential

·       5–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise-scale environments.

·       Proven track record delivering ServiceNow platform upgrades and managing version transitions.

·       ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.

·       ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/CSM) – highly desirable.

·       Experience working in an ITIL-aligned or service management–driven organization.

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.

·       ITIL v4 certification – preferred.

·       Deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.

·       Proven experience designing and customizing Service Portal components (widgets, themes, AngularJS).

·       Hands-on use of Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and upgrade testing.

·       Strong scripting and development skills using JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and AngularJS.

·       Integration experience using REST and SOAP web services.

·       Familiarity with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Discovery, and CMDB.

·       Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

·       Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

·       A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
