About The Project

The Cloud DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and services to support the organization’s development and deployment processes. This role involves collaborating with microservices teams to create and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensure system reliability, and automate operations in a cloud environment. Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes is essential for managing containerized applications and orchestrating microservices deployments.

The Cloud DevOps Engineer will leverage best practices in cloud architecture, security, and performance monitoring to enhance application scalability and availability. A strong focus on automation and continuous improvement is crucial for enabling efficient and agile development workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Automate deployment processes and infrastructure management.
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with microservices teams to optimize workflows.
• Implement security best practices in cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and operational issues.
• Document processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the DevOps practices.

Unleash your potential

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud platform.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Experience with database management and optimization (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Strong understanding of networking and security best practices in cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
