Description & Requirements:

As a result of our continued growth through acquisition and an expanding client base, we are searching for an eager recruitment professional to join our dynamic HR Team in APAC on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where every day is different.

This opportunity will see you on a rotation, 6 months honing your recruitment skills and the onboarding experience and the remainder of your placement supporting generalist HR. We’re a collaborative team that operates in a hybrid and flexible environment meaning you can be based anywhere in New Zealand or Australia.

A typical day might include the following:

  • Recruitment and selection in alignment with Bravura’s technical and behaviour requirements
  • Supporting end to end recruitment activities including creation of job adverts, shortlisting, coordination of interviews, reference checks and contract preparation 
  • Working with hiring managers and facilities to onboard candidates with a focus on a consistent and inclusive experience

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong administration, candidate sourcing and engagement skills 
  • Robust time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work both autonomously using initiative and collaboratively with the broader HR team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Experience in using candidate sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
