Description & Requirements:

You will be joining us as we expand our Australian consulting operations to implement several exciting projects, underpinned by Sonata Alta, Bravura’s flagship application suite - a highly automated, digital-first operating model.

About the Role:

Our PMO Analyst forms part of the PMO at Bravura, the information hub for all our projects. You will be an integral member of the PMO team and have exposure to high-profile projects with industry leading clients.

  • Project Support: Supporting Client Project Managers, assisting with project status reporting and ensuring key reporting milestones are met
  • Reporting & Metrics: Reporting on Resource capacity vs demand, financial reporting & progress reporting. Managing Risks, issues and Building models from JIRA & EPM to assist PMs with status & progress reporting
  • Cross project communication: Collaborating with Project and Programme Managers to produce and maintain project plans and related project control documents.
  • Standardisation and Quality: Supporting the implementation of a quality strategy including new processes and oversee efforts to improve delivery whilst ensuring KPIs and accurate reporting.
  • Project Governance: Maintaining issues, actions and risks logs, the project change log, as well as maintaining detailed resource plans that align to client budgets and assisting with financial reporting and dashboarding process.

About You and Your Key Skills:

  • Previous PMO / Project co-ordination experience preferred
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project and Jira
  • Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Project Management 2013 (EPM) environment would be highly regarded. 
  • Excellent analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, planning and delivery skills
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications
