About The Role

We are seeking a People Systems (Workday) Analyst to provide systems support with Workday and other integrated systems.  Based in our Sydney office in the heart of the CBD, and with a hybrid working arrangement, your interest in building your capability across Workday and other people systems will see you providing system support, troubleshoot, streamline processes and drive continuous improvements.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide support across Workday and other People & Culture integrated systems and tools including recruitment tool Avature
  • Respond to tickets raised concerning queries and issues relating to any of the People & Culture systems 
  • Troubleshoot problems and challenges
  • Proactively identify system inefficiencies and provide innovative solutions 
  • Implement system enhancements related to business projects and improve reporting dashboards
  • Automate manual forms in Workday and update business processes
  • Provide assistance with testing, configuration and deployment of new features and ensure system optimisation 
  • Assist in developing and running training sessions and user guides 

Unleash your potential

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
  • 1+ years experience in Workday ideally across any of the following modules:
    •  Core HCM 
    • Advanced Compensation 
    • Talent
    • Absence
    • Reporting
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management working across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with Jira or an ATS preferably Avature & survey tools will be an advantage
  • Experience with Business Process Design, Fixes & Enhancements
