About The Role 

Based in our Sydney office and Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the People Systems Manager leads the execution of our People Systems Roadmap. Leading and developing the team of system specialists who work across Workday and other People System applications to drive continuous improvement of our People & Culture systems.  You will be responsible for optimising the Workday system by streamlining business processes and enabling enhancements such as reporting automation and dashboards as well as developing training to improve user experience.  Working closely with Bravura’s Executives, Senior leaders and Corporate IT Team to drive initiatives of cost efficiencies and optimisation to support the strategic plans and objectives of Bravura Solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct review, analyse and recommend process improvements and changes of Workday and all People Systems including troubleshooting technical issues to ensure system performance and optimisation to deliver the People & Culture Strategy.
  • Lead and execute the People System change management initiatives.
  • Supervise the allocation and completion of day-to-day People Systems and Workday administration tasks, system changes and provide Level 2 support on business queries and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the creation of Workday guides for facilitating self-service capability.
  • Support the P&C team with the build of Workday reports and automation dashboard to enable self-service on P&C metrics.
  • Assist Chief People Officer in designing, developing and running regular training sessions and materials on Workday enhancements and other systems as required.
  • Manage, support, upskilling and training People Systems team in Workday.

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
  • 4+ years experience in Workday across the following modules:
    • Core HCM
    • Absence
    • Talent
    • Compensation and Advanced Compensation
    • Reporting
    • Security
    • Business Process Design/Fixes/Enhancements
    • EIBs
    • Workday Integrations is desirable
  • Workday Pro Accreditation is highly regarded
  • Experience with Jira or an ATS preferably Avature & survey tools will be an advantage
  • Excellent people management skills with experience in coaching and training in Workday or other People Systems
  • Experience creating and updating Workday reports
  • Demonstrated experience with complex strategic change projects and/or program management skills  
  • Strategic mind set, the ability to communicate and translate high level information into a tactical plan 
  • Excellent problem solving skills to proactively provide solutions to business requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, influence senior executives and external stakeholders and work with cross functional teams across multiple time zones
