Description & Requirements:

The PMO at Bravura is the information hub for all our projects; The PMO Analyst is an integral member of the PMO team thus having exposure to a diverse range of high-profile projects and industry-leading clients.

The PMO Analyst will be responsible for providing project support and owning actives including assurance, quality control, information management, financial tracking, risk/issue tracking and change control.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Day to day support to Client Project Managers, assist with project status reporting and ensure key reporting milestones are met; specifically, take ownership of Budget Tracking, Forecasting, Invoicing, Commercial Reporting and other project-related artefacts.
  • Cross-project communication: work with Project and Programme Managers to produce and maintain project plans and related project control documents; onboarding of new team members to the client projects.
  • Standardisation: Create and implement standard artefacts across all projects, monitor and review projects to ensure standard artefacts are being used consistently
  • Project Governance: Maintain issues, actions and risk logs, maintain the project changelog, maintain detailed resource plans that align to client budgets, assist with the financial reporting process, manage project governance dashboards, provide input to internal and external steering reports and review monthly project metrics.
  • Continuous Project Management Improvement: support the PMO Manager to achieve core PMO functional milestones; support the implementation, monitoring and control of new processes and new ways of working. Create and maintain project health checklists, conduct bi-annual project audits and manage audit actions through to resolution.

What You Will Bring To The Table:

  • 4+ years experience working in a PMO/Junior PM role
  • An in-depth understanding of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project
  • Experience working in Financial Services or a FinTech organisation
  • Educated to A level standard (ideally including Maths or Physics A-Level)
  • Strong customer service ethos, a commitment to quality and the will to constantly drive improvements
  • Financial management/reporting and analysis skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (ideally PRINCE2, SAFe)
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrix-based environment
  • The ability to understand complex financial reports
