About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Manager Risk and Assurance to join Bravura’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team on a 12 month parental leave max term contract. This role is key to maintaining continuity across our global internal review, assurance, and ISO certification programs. You’ll support the delivery of internal audits, contribute to assurance reporting and support Bravura’s ongoing information security and risk governance requirements across all Bravura locations and subsidiaries to meet internal and external audit obligations, regulatory and client assurance expectations.

This is a high impact opportunity for a hands on risk and assurance professional who enjoys working in a fast paced, global environment and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to drive strong governance outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver and maintain Bravura’s annual Internal Audit & Review Plan, ensuring timely completion of planned reviews.
  • Conduct risk based internal audits across operational, compliance, and information security domains.
  • Manage the full audit lifecycle from planning and fieldwork to reporting and remediation tracking.
  • Support ISO certification programs (ISO27001, ISO22301, ISO45001, ISO14001) and external audit readiness.
  • Coordinate internal and client assurance reviews, including SOC2 mappings and due diligence requests.
  • Support Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) workshops and oversight of control testing and mitigation.
  • Prepare risk and assurance dashboards and reports for senior leadership, Group Risk Council and Audit & Risk Committee.
  • Partner across Finance, Technology, Legal, Operations and regional GRC teams to maintain effective governance and consistency of reporting and approach.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to senior analysts in the audit and assurance program.

Unleash your potential

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
  • Minimum 8–10 years experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit or Information Security Assurance.  
  • Demonstrated experience conducting internal audits in accordance with ISO standards or IIA methodology.
  • Familiarity with ISO27001, ISO22301, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards.
  • Experience supporting or leading certification audits and corrective action tracking.
  • Exposure to financial services, technology or SaaS environments  is preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or certifications such as CIA, CISA, CRISC, or ISO Lead Auditor is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, proactive with strong accountability and follow through.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced global environment.
