Description & Requirements:

Position Purpose
The Junior Marketing Creative Designer will create and maintain visual assets for use in/around the business with the marketing team. Assets will include, but not limited to, brochures, product documents, white papers, images (both dynamic and static) for social media, creation of infographics for variety of media, support with PowerPoint creation, video creation and editing, website imagery and developing, supporting and extending marketing campaign visuals. 

Main Activities
  • Setting up of a creative office/function
  • Creating high-quality artwork for digital and print to meet the needs of the EMEA business
  • Helping to extend creative concepts and brand guidelines into a wide range of deliverables, from print to video and digital assets (email, social, web)
  • Collaborating with the marketing and commercial teams to produce creative campaign assets and content in a variety of formats including a digital publishing platform
  • Managing and developing social media assets including imagery and video
  • Managing and maintaining brand assets including imagery, supplier content, logos
  • Creating new artwork templates and materials appropriate for a premium brand
  • Event branding – supporting the events team in producing collateral, event materials, and theming

  • Ability to work across different teams (sales, propositions, account management), and gain support and manage various stakeholders
  • A self-starter / initiative to drive projects to completion  happy to work in autonomy but to be collaborative in a small but growing team)
  • Able to work with minimal supervision yet comfortable taking constructive feedback and direction
  • Able to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously in an often fast-paced environment
  • Excellent eye for detail

Qualifications and Experience
  • Solid understanding of brand guidelines and digital/social platforms
  • 1-2 years’ graphic design experience across online and offline design creation
  • Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite – minimum Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, as well as other professional video editing/graphic design software
  • Experience designing for all main social media platforms – familiar with formats for LinkedIn and Twitter (with potential for TikTok stories and reels)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the printing process and producing print-ready artwork
