Your new role:
You are customer-centric, bringing forward innovative ideas and taking a pragmatic and experience-led approach to People Operations. You love ‘build’ mode and are excited by the prospect of designing and growing our India-based COE into functional areas beyond HR systems. Using your project management capability and a data-driven approach you are skilled in solving problems and delivering value on a global scale. 

What you do to drive impact:

Reporting to the Director, People Experience & Talent, you will be an integral part of the Global HR team. A strategist, planner and executor who drives initiatives to maximise People Operations, Global Mobility and HR Systems. You will get involved in the following: 

  • Setting up our Service & Lifecycle function, growing it across all regions. Process design, SOP, process improvement, collaborating with the Global HR team to incorporate local nuances. 
  • Act as the coach and escalation point for the ‘Service & Lifecycle’ team.
  • People data and systems – ownership of all HR systems (including Workday), leading our HR Solutions team and owning our roadmap.
  • Build an internal global mobility function, with ongoing support from external partners. 
  • Employee Experience - partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning, Reward and the broader HR team to co-create meaningful initiatives and employee experiences
  • Act as a project lead and key contributor on global projects.

Our desired candidate will:

  • Highly skilled HR professional with relevant People Operations and Systems experience 
  • Demonstrated process design and continuous improvement leadership
  • Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to grow and lead a high performing team
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including the ability to identify trends and succinctly present to senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving, analytical and judgement skills 
  • Experience working with HRIS (Workday desirable)  
  • Have a tertiary qualification in HR, Business or another relevant discipline
