Description & Requirements:

As a result of our continued growth through acquisition and expanding client base, we are searching for an HR Business Partner who is ready to take on an exciting and fast paced position in our APAC HR Team. 

First and foremost, this opportunity will see you delivering and implementing progressive HR strategies, as well as supporting with global projects and initiatives. You will engage proactively with others to ensure that there is a shared understanding of business needs and priorities. 

What you do to drive impact:
As an integral part of the APAC HR team, you will be a strategist, planner and executor who drives initiatives to maximise talent, business performance and potential. You will also get involved in the following: 
  • Collaborate with client groups to interpret business needs and priorities 
  • Lead employees and managers through core generalist HR processes and programs including, performance, reward, talent management, learning and development, etc. 
  • Provide managerial support and expert advice, enabling managers to fulfil their people responsibilities 
  • Provide quality advice and manager support through ER matters
  • Contribute to global projects, with an initial focus on business transformation and organisational development work 

Our desired candidate will have the following skills:
  • Highly skilled HR professional with relevant HR Business Partnering experience 
  • You will bring human-centered leadership with you and infuse this into your work and stakeholder relationships
  • Understanding of organisational development and change leadership
  • You are seen as a leader amongst peers, sharing work freely, coaching peers, seeking and providing perspectives to others that strengthens the team’s output. 
  • Demonstrate passion for all things HR, with the energy to take on a fun and fast paced role in a high growth environment 
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving, analytical and judgement skills 
  • Experience working with HRIS (Workday desirable)  
  • Have a tertiary qualification in HR, Business or another relevant discipline
