Bravura Solutions is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help drive brand awareness, campaign execution, and digital engagement across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC, you'll play a key role in executing innovative B2B marketing strategies that fuel business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution – Implement B2B marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. 
  • Building Brand Awareness – Strengthen corporate branding to elevate our market position. 
  • Content Creation – Develop high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and industry trends. 
  • Digital Marketing – Enhance Bravura’s online presence, driving engagement and sales opportunities 
  • Performance Tracking – Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to optimise results
  • Event Coordination – Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions that enhance brand visibility. 
  • Market Research – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. 
  • Project Management – Manage campaign timelines and ensure seamless execution. 

Unleash your potential

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services, superannuation or SaaS. 
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications  is preferred. 
  • Strong digital marketing expertise – including content creation and analytics. 
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with an analytical approach to measuring success. 
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress CMS, HubSpot, Canva and analytics tools. 
  • Attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills. 
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm – a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating, sharing insights, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. 
  • Flexibility to attend some after hours global meetings.
