Description & Requirements:

Bravura is seeking a Support Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Systems team. The Support Analyst is responsible for understanding and evaluating internal client issues with software solutions in Bravura’s ERP Systems, data warehouse and reporting solutions, then helping to resolve those issues. 

Strong analytical skills and a hunger for knowledge will help the successful candidate deliver quality outcomes for Bravura’s Internal clients. This position can be based in Adelaide, Sydney, or Melbourne with the flexibility to attend the office on an ad hoc basis.

The role will have responsibility for 

  • Analysing issues raised by internal clients, determining the best course of action for resolution, actioning or facilitating that resolution
  • Documenting software bugs, data translation issues or workflow failure, working with the corporate systems team to ensure that the software delivered meets the requirements
  • Management of client raised helpdesk tickets to resolution
  • Analysis and replication of defects, and testing of software fixes
  • Actively improving software development and business processes

  • Proven ability of identifying software/data problems and translating these into effective, quality solutions
  • Ability to distinguish between software, environmental and user errors
  • A disciplined approach to planning and managing goals, coupled with the ability to prioritise deliverables
  • Results oriented, analytical and resourceful in finding solutions
  • A clear understanding of the Quote to cash lifecycle for professional service organisations, and financial/management reporting
  • A clear understanding of databases, systems integration, segregation of duties, security and data management

Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary education in Computer Science/Information Technology 
  • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL and the software development lifecycle
  • Experience working within helpdesk/service desk environment with ability to understand and act appropriately when presented with conflicting priorities
  • Advanced skills in one or more of the major programming languages, SQL and in the evaluation of hardware and software options seen favourably
  • Workday, MS project server, and TM1 administration experience seen favourably
