Client Service Analyst will be working within the solution design team, responsible for creating and reviewing solution designs and hold the overall solution context for designing Sonata features. You will be the key conduit of enhancements into Sonata, liaising with Professional services and the Product team and be responsible for the transformation of customer requirements into design. You will be an excellent communicator with stakeholders ranging from the Professional Services & Product teams to software engineers within the scrum.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Design product features that align with customer requirements in collaboration with the Professional Services team. 
  • Ensure that the Product Engineering Team is briefed and understands the features required. 
  • Collaborate with the Product team to deliver on the product roadmap. 

Qualifications and Experience

§  B.E./B-Tech/MCA

§  2-8 years of experience

§  Demonstrable knowledge of the financial service industry

§  A good understating of best practice application development methodology, together with:

–           An excellent working knowledge of SQL language

–           Ability to develop basic application code using a modern object-based language

§   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

§   A basic understanding of service delivery processes ie.

–           Code promotion and release process

–           Change Control

–           Problem Management hnk

–           Availability Management

–           Contingency planning / business continuity

–           Configuration Management

§   Proven experience gained in an IT related role within the Financial Services Industry


  • Excellent working knowledge of Core Java, including the Eclipse Development Platform.
  • Excellent working knowledge of popular Java frameworks such as Hibernate, JSP/JSF and web services.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging capabilities/techniques.
  • Proven knowledge of databases, to include experience of SQL preferable on Oracle Database.
  • Preferential to have Java Certification.
