Your new role:
As a Client Services Analyst/Senior Analyst takes responsibility for driving client issues to resolution; the analysis, updates and testing of identified defects and fulfilment of value-added services; working closely with the wider Client Services team along with Engineering (Development) and Professional Service (Consulting) colleagues when required. All whilst balancing creative and technical problem-solving, customer service, and collaboration to ensure that Bravura’s global client base can access and utilise the software and resources that we provide.
Other responsibilities will include:
Whilst we expect all our employees to do what needs to be done to demonstrate their support of Bravura, below are some
specific aspects of your role for which you will be responsible:

The analysis and resolution of issues raised by Clients including;
Identification of faulty software and omissions in functionality (including debugging code where necessary)
Correction to data where required on client databases
Correction of problems caused by incorrect use of application functionality
Correction of system configuration faults.
Informing clients of progress and resolution of issues raised and ensuring all problem logs are updated regularly with
succinct technically detailed entries relating all investigations/actions taken to date.
The deployment of application code.
Technical housekeeping and administration
Assessment and solution design against ad-hoc value-added services
Fulfilment of Service Requests

Key skills to succeed in this role:

B.E./B-Tech/MCA
2-5 years of experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Demonstratable knowledge of the financial service industry
A basic understanding of service delivery processes i.e.
Incident Management
Change Control
Problem Management
Availability Management
Configuration Management
Proven experience gained in an IT related role within the Financial Services Industry
Requirement of working in rotational shifts conforming to APAC, India Shifts & occasionally weekend support
Excellent working knowledge of Core Java, including the Eclipse Development Platform
Excellent working knowledge of popular Java frameworks such as Hibernate, JSP/JSF and web services.
Troubleshooting and debugging capabilities/techniques
Proven knowledge of databases, to include solid experience of SQL preferable on Oracle Database
Good to have Java Certification
