Chief People Officer – A Global Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Chief People Officer (CPO) to shape and lead the next chapter of our global people strategy. Based in the UK, this role offers the chance to influence a truly international organisation and champion a dynamic People & Culture agenda across our global footprint, including teams in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, India and South Africa.
As our CPO, you will lead a high‑performing People & Culture team and partner closely with senior leaders to build a culture that supports growth, wellbeing, inclusion and high performance worldwide.

- Proven leadership of a People & Culture / HR function across at least two of the countries in which we operate.
- Strong experience partnering with or leading Total Reward (including benefits and equity) and Learning & Development teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing or leading a people strategy that advances learning, wellbeing, culture and high performance across multiple regions.
- Confidence operating within a global matrix organisation, with a collaborative and relationship‑driven leadership style.

Job Description
Position Purpose
As Chief People Officer, you will play a key part in harnessing the power of our diverse, committed, engaged, and highly motivated workforce to meet the business challenges. This is an important role for an energetic, authentic leader and would suit a leader with a commercial approach, excellent communication and influencing skills who can think strategically and be hands-on as required. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and partners closely with the business and functional leadership teams across the company.
The role is accountable for the design and delivery of an efficient and effective People & Culture strategy which enables the organisation to recruit, retain and develop a diverse, productive, engaged and motivated workforce which aligns to the corporate strategy and each business unit.
With nearly 1,000 employees across the UK, Poland, South Africa, India, Australia and New Zealand the role requires some experience of working internationally, some knowledge of at least 2 countries employment legislation and flexibility of working hours to meet the challenge of having a time difference globally of up to 12 hours.
Main Activities
Whilst we expect all our employees to do what needs to be done to demonstrate their support of Bravura Solutions, below are some specific aspects of your role for which you will be responsible:
- Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate closely with the executive team and act as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and communicate the global People & Culture (P&C) strategy designed to align with overall business outcomes and to meet long term growth.
- DEI leader is the commercial lawyer based in the UK.
- Operational Leadership
- Develop operational processes and systems that align with business strategy both in terms of purpose and timing to meet financial year and global holidays.
- Ensure compliance with external (client contracts, right to work etc) and internal controls whilst managing risks and identifying and implementing mitigation approaches within the function.
- Project leadership of key initiatives
- Team Leadership
- Functional teams are reward and benefits, talent acquisition, learning & development and systems.
- Undertake at least annual succession planning identifying areas for development to meet next role.
- Set thoughtful goals and learning for direct reports to stretch and encourage development.
- Board, Compensation Committee & Human Resource Committee Meetings
- Prepare along with reward remuneration, incentive scheme and share scheme reports for Board/Remuneration Committee and (HRC) meetings.
- Present to Board and Committee participants at meetings as required.
In addition to the above position-specific responsibilities, all employees are required to undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within your capability and skills, when requested to do so.
Key skills
- Proven international people leadership experience including some knowledge of employment legislation for at least one other in scope country (in addition to the UK)
- Demonstrated ability to become a trusted advisor who is comfortable communicating with senior executives and board members alike.
- Comfortable with overseeing employee relations at senior levels.
- Solutions focussed ensuring solutions are completed in a timely manner.
- Proven commercial understanding of business operations and ability to successfully translate business opportunities into people programs
- Good working knowledge of job mapping, benchmarking and some experience of incentive and share schemes.
- Some experience around learning and development and People systems.
