Description & Requirements:

You will be joining us as we expand our Australian consulting operations to implement several exciting projects, underpinned by Sonata Alta, Bravura’s flagship application suite - a highly automated, digital-first operating model.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the Application Support Manager role is to lead, develop and guide the onshore and offshore team of analysts to ensure Bravura delivers application support within an agreed service model to Australian clients and internal teams. The Application Support Manager is responsible for ensuring support is delivered within budget, time, scope and quality expectations.

Main Activities:

Leadership: Leading a team of Support Analysts made up of onshore and offshore resources.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships both with clients and internal customers across the business.
Planning and Quality: Contribute to the strategy around release planning and execution and quality control.
Budgeting: Ensure work deliveries of the team are within the scope, time, quality and budget.

Key skills and Experience:

  • Recognised as expert in the knowledge of business operations relating to wealth management (Superannuation, investments and wrap), coupled with strong IT service delivery, SDLC and analytical skills
  • Extensive experience in the use of ITSM tools, particularly Jira and Service Now
  • At least 10+ years of experience in business operations management, IT, systems integration consulting, design and service delivery management
  • Experience in engagement/project management, and resource management
  • ITIL 4, DevOps, SAFe (preferred)
